received word that Ralph Russell Fuelling,
husband of Donna Fueling, passed away on
December 8th. Donna is currently a
Committee member of the C&B National Committee
and Past Department President of Michigan and
Past Central Division National Vice President.

Our Department has just received
word from the Department of Arkansas that their
Department Treasurer, Charley McAfee lost her
husband, Earl "Mac." The services for Mac
McAfee were held on December 3. Memorials
to honor Mac are to the American Legion Child
Welfare Fund. Cards can be sent to Charley

Donna Ray, National Central
Division Vice President 2013-2014, from the
Department of Ohio was diagnosed with
Pancreatitis. Although she is
recuperating, Donna needs a lot of rest so no
phone calls please. Cards can be sent to

The Department of Nebraska
reported that Donna Gana, 1 46-year member of
the American Legion Auxiliary and Past President
of Nebraska (2001-2002), passed away.
Donna served the Northwestern Division as
several Division Chairman's for our
organization. Memorials can be sent to
Hickman Legion Auxiliary, 106 Locust Street,
Hickman, NE 68372.

remember these dedicated American Legion
Auxiliary members in our prayers.
Bonnie Axtell requested prayers
for her stepmother who was recently diagnosed
with incurable ovarian cancer. Bonnie's
stepmother will be starting chemo shortly in
hopes the growth of cancer cells can be slowed
down. Please keep Bonnie, her stepmother
and their family in your prayers.
Although I have not spoke with
Melissa Burton, a member of the Department
Eisenhower Pilgrimage Committee, personally, I
understand that during the Thanksgiving holiday
season their home burned down. I would ask
that we keep Melissa and her family in our
prayers as they face this disaster in their
lives. Remember: In our lives, each and
every day For these members and others, we can
pray. ASAP -- Always Say a Prayer.

Kansas received word that the
2013-2014 Nevada Department President Glynis
Seeley's husband Ed passed away on Sunday,
November 17. Messages of sympathy can be
sent to: Glynis Seeley, 3423 Jaffa Drive, North
Las Vegas, Nevada 80932. Glynis is
currently serving as the Western Division Public
Relations Chairman also. Please keep
Glynis in your prayers as she faces the season
of Thanksgiving with this loss.
I have not received messages from
members of the Department of Kansas for needs of
prayers. Hopefully that means that our
memberships is healthy and ready to serve when
needed. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and
